Hampton Roads Foundation Specialist (Outside Sales Rep)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking Foundation Specialists (Outside Sales Rep) to join our growing team. If you are someone who wants to work harder to achieve more in life– this role is for you! This is a 100% commission-based position, but we provide all the training and support to ensure success if you’re willing to put in the work. We are looking for well-rounded candidates who will be able to get dirty in the field while also properly navigating necessary technology and paperwork. The right candidates are hungry for the opportunity to help more homeowners solve their problems the right way, and make our community better, all while representing our brand with pride.

Virginia Foundation Solutions is the top Foundation Repair Contractor serving Hampton Roads, NE North Carolina, and Richmond areas. We specialize in foundation repair, crawlspace wood and structural repair, crawlspace moisture control, and water management systems. • No cold-calling; all leads are generated by VFS
• Paid training period up-front

• Willingness to enter crawlspaces and traverse them thoroughly
• No experience necessary– only willingness to learn. We will train the right candidate!

*We are seeking 1 new rep in the Hampton Roads area & 1 new rep in the Richmond area. However, the right candidates must be willing to travel between both markets for training and job duties after training.
