About the Role:

We are seeking a warehouse assistant to support our busy production crews by making sure all our inventory is fully stocked in our warehouse and being a “runner” to our job-sites. This position will report to and be trained by our Warehouse Manager. What We Expect from You:
- Stock & unload materials
- Verify deliveries received and material inventory
- Make deliveries to job sites
- Help maintain & organize warehouse
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, & cleaning of tools
- Call supply stores to locate needed products
- Run necessary errands to acquire needed tools and materials
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed
- Support the warehouse manager in daily operations and tasks
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting is a must have
- Ability to crawl and move in a crawlspace and other tight spaces is a must
- Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of tools and machinery is preferred but not required
- Skills in driving a forklift are a plus, but if you don’t know how we are willing to train the right person
- Skills in driving a truck with a trailer are a plus, but if you don’t know how we are willing to train the right person

Everything looks GREAT and the finished crawlspace was better than we expected. The RED crew did a great job and left the entire worksite cleaner than it was when they arrived.
We recently used VFS to install an interior french drain and sump pump in our finished lower level. The "purple crew" was assigned to our job and they were fabulous!!! They were timely, neat, respectful and hardworking. We are very happy with the job they did.
The yellow crew (Willy, Marco, Oscar, and Patrick) were VERY professional and hard working. They kept us informed every step of the way. The clean up at end of the workday was exceptional. The best part is my foundation is fixed and our crawlspace is the cleanest crawlspace I have ever seen.
The workers were very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. They left the crawlspace with reinforced support beams. A supervisor checked their work in the afternoon.
VFS did a great job on our house’s foundation in double quick time and when they left our yard was cleaner and tidier than it was when they came! Thank you all. The masonry team also did a wonderful job. The damaged brickwork looks as good as new. Well done!
