ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Virginia Foundation Solutions is the top Foundation Repair Contractor serving Hampton Roads, NE North Carolina, and Richmond areas. We specialize in foundation repair, crawlspace wood and structural repair, crawlspace moisture control, and water management systems. We are adding this Concrete Repair Service Division to our company. Concrete Repair focuses on using polyurethane injection to lift and level concrete areas such as driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, patios, porches, etc.
We are a veteran owned company offering major career growth, fantastic benefits, and a fun yet challenging work environment. We have big goals, but are a tight-knit group of coworkers that loves to take care of our customers so everyone feels like part of the VFS Family.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Paid training period riding along with service team veteran
- VFS Office Team schedules projects for you
- Opportunities for bonuses and commissions
- Hours can be flexible (within reason)

WHAT WE EXPECT:

- Willingness to enter crawlspaces and work in them thoroughly
- No experience necessary– only willingness to learn. We will train the right candidate!
- **Mechanical skills and knowledge is a plus!
We are looking for hard workers to join our Production Team! The Production Team arrives to our warehouse every day to load up their box truck, and drive to the jobsite location anywhere across the greater Hampton Roads area. If you are someone who likes to work with your hands and tools, is willing to work in dirty tight spaces, and has no limitations on lifting or crawling-- this position is for you! We are seeking Production Team members to install our projects for customers. You will be trained by team members who have all the experience necessary to set you up for success with on-the-job, hands-on training. This position will report to the crew Foreman on the team you are assigned.
If you are a hard worker who would like a career with a company who values your worth and integrity then please apply for this role! While this is an entry level position, our promotions and pay are merit-based, not schedule and percentage based. This is a great way to get your foot in the door to learn about what we do and where you can grow from here! **We also offer Bonus Pay by the job which is tracked via an app that expands on the dollar per hour assigned on nearly EVERY JOB.**
