Big News! We’re releasing an updated brand identity, which includes a new logo and a tagline that aligns with our business purpose: “Your Home is Our Mission”.
Soon you’ll see our new look everywhere, including our website and social media accounts, as well on all our print advertising and customer brochures. Our vehicle fleet is also being re-wrapped to align with our rebranding efforts, so keep your eyes peeled when you’re out on the roads.
We know that many of our customers (and ourselves!) liked our old look and logo, so why the change? We believe the new brand identity better matches what Virginia Foundation Solutions has become since we were founded in 2012: a provider of quality foundation and crawl space repairs that stands behind the core values of honesty, transparency, and respect, and is driven by the desire to do the right thing for our customers.
Since 2012, we’ve incorporated a house theme in our logo, which we felt symbolized our goal of providing homeowners with quality repair work that they could trust. But in the last few years, we’ve come to realize that we’re not just repairing homes—we’re changing lives. We’ve heard from countless customers how we’ve eased their homeownership concerns, alleviated their stress, and even redefined what they come to expect from other contractors. That’s why we want to separate ourselves from the rest of the foundation and crawl space repair industry and leave the old logo behind.
We believe that our new logo embodies all that we stand for as a company. We stuck with the same color scheme—blue and green—as we think it’s bright and modern, like our company. The left side of the logo also shows some consistency, incorporating the outline of a house—a nod to our past logos, our founding mission to do the right thing for our customers, and a reminder that we still pride ourselves on providing homeowners with unrivaled expertise, superior installation methods, and first-rate products. The Dogwood flower—Virginia’s state flower—denotes our steadfast commitment to restoring the homes and bettering the lives of all homeowners that we serve throughout the state.
The right side of our logo integrates the outline of an eagle, a figure that represents us a force in the foundation and crawl space repair industry, whilst simultaneously symbolizing our lofty goals and unlimited potential. And the star signifies that we are a veteran-owned company that proudly serves our customers with the highest levels of integrity and respect. Together, we believe that all these design elements accurately represent the core values of Virginia Foundation Solutions and showcase our dedication to exceeding customer expectations through providing excellent service, installing quality repairs, and putting the customer first.
Although our brand identity has now evolved, we are still the same company that has provided superior service to thousands of homeowners and currently ranks highest in the Hampton Roads area in customer satisfaction ratings based on online reviews. We believe that this rebrand will help to distinguish ourselves from other home repair contractors in the area, solidifying Virginia Foundation Solutions as the leading foundation and crawl space repair company in Southeastern Virginia and beyond.
