JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Receiving incoming calls
- Transferring calls to proper departments
- Scheduling appointments for sales and service team members
- Making outbound calls to follow up with potential customers
- Managing digital calendars for multiple employees with precision
- Confirming appointments and project installation dates with customers
- Preparing packages to mail to customers
- Other general office duties

- Full-time employment (Monday-Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm, Friday: 8 am – 3 pm)
